Answer: Go to http://www.armoredpenguin.com/wordsearch/ and fill in the words you want to appear in the puzzle. At the bottom of the page is a "Make Puzzle" button. Click on that and you should receive a puzzle. Start with small puzzles until you understand what the various options do.
